MULTI-CULTURAL WEEK
Between the 9th and 16th of May our school, IES
Cristo del Socorro, has celebrated its V
Multi-Cultural Week with an array of events and activities aimed at enhancing
the Comenius Programme project which our Bilingual Section is developing this
school year and the following. Its main subject matter, Europe,
has been around most of the rich and varied programme we could enjoy this year.
Moreover, this has been the subject matter for the School Reading Plan,
which means that all our students have read about Europe-
related topics in all their school subjects.
But the best part of it is that we could share this week with the
teachers and students of our Comenius school partner Marne College,
who could take part in many of the
activities we had programmed and also had their own. It’s been a crazy week and
we enjoyed a lot along with our Dutch friends. These are the programmes for the
whole school and for the Comenius students:
